Transport Canada says : NO SNOWSUITS IN CARSEATS! 

Dreampower car seat ponchos fit newborns as a carseat cover. Then, they can continue to be worn as a poncho, both in and out of the car seat until about size 4.

The outer layer is soft dimple minky.  It is then doubled up with a fully-lined inner layer, of non - pilling polar fleece.

Specs :
* elastic at the wrists to keep hands accessible. This is crucial for toy-holding and thumb-sucking when it's being worn as a poncho. 
* full zipper down the front. This means no need to remove over the head! This is helpful for all ages, and especially for when the babe is sleeping. Never wake a sleeping baby! :)
*fully lined poncho and hood
With a snowsuit, the straps cannot be made tight enough to ensure that they will be held in tightly in the case of an accident. So it's considered an ejection risk. Carseat ponchos are worn OVER the straps, so the baby or child can stay toasty warm, while staying safe. This style is not reversible.

(Model is an almost 3 year old in a size newborn-4 years.)

Absolutely amazing

This poncho is super soft, made from quality materials, and so gosh darn cute. It looks absolutely adorable on my nephew. It's also very practical. Our baby hates putting a coat on and off but doesn't mind the poncho. Saves a lot of time when we're travelling.

So nice to hear of another happy traveller. It's hard to be a baby (and a parent) in the winter!

I love the little monster poncho my family loves it as well. Very well made and super cute absolutely thrilled I found this website. The ladies are so nice and sweet the poncho was originally sold out so I emailed asking when they would make more they were happy to make one if I ordered. They were quick to respond to email. Quality hasn’t changed in over two decades!

Our family has been purchasing from Dreampower since the 90’s. We still have many of the costumes, and the dragon towel costume that I begged for way back in 1996.

We purchased a dragon towel costume and a car seat poncho as a baby gift for my sister to carry on that tradition. Shipping and communication from the seller was fast and efficient.

We love the option to purchase online, since the pandemic has meant that attending the many craft shows and festivals where we’d usually find this beloved booth just weren’t an option for us this year.
